Job description
Seeking a successful, commercially minded and driven FP&A Analyst to join a globally recognised brand in a dynamic, collaborative and growing team! This role offers lots of opportunity to progress within the business.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + study support + benefits
Location: Hybrid model of working (2 days in the office x3 from home)
Job Description:
- Perform monthly headcount and cost reconciliations (actual vs plan) and investigate variances and tracking differences
- Assist with the preparation of monthly executive cost packs, ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial information
- Run processes to perform runs in our ABC cost modelling system which produces the data required for the preparation of the RFS.
- Responsible for controlling the flow of work and providing accuracy via peer reviews and validations. Signing off all changes.
- You'll operate controls and improve the process, liaising with the Change Control team to ensure , changes are accurately input into the correct system run.
- Managing quarterly forecasts and annual planning cycles
- Business Partnering to assigned cost / business areas and working with stakeholders to understand
- Communicate issues clearly and in a timely manner. Proactively identify issues before they become problems
- Provide reporting, analysis and business case support to the team and to business partners in a form that accurately and clearly articulates the key points, leveraging strong excel modelling skills
Personal Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Able to manage tight deadlines
- Driven, hard working and proactive
- Part Qualified - ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent
- Commercially minded, excellent analytical skills
- Proven financial modelling experience
- Strong experience dealing with large data sets
