Commissions Finance Manager

This is a remarkable opportunity for somoene who has strong experience working with managing complex commissions schemes and supporting a successful sales team! The role is looking for somoene to come in and run the day to day running of the commissions team but also build out the department in the way you feel is best!

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum + bonus

Contract: 12 month FTC

Location: Central London x3 days a week in the office x2 from home

Job Role:

* Work with key holders to optimise the commission process, automating where possible
* Track and report on commissionable sales performance
* Assist in formulating annual commissionable targets in line with growth objectives
* Act as key point of contact in responding to commission-related queries
* Prepare timely and appraise monthly sales commissions, including communicating with participants of the incentive schemes
* Review key monthly movements and implications on commission payments
* Own the process of making manual adjustments in line with compensation schemes

Personal skills and attributes:

* Proven experience managing commission schemes and driving process improvements
* Ability to communicate on a daily basis with non-finance professionals and demonstrate ability to deal with potentially emotive topics
* Display high degree of discretion and confidentiality
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
