Communication & Engagement Manager

A great opportunity to join a FTSE 100 business and help drive one of the biggest transformation programmes in Europe. As the communication and engagement manager you will be working on the Agile implementation programme, creating and delivering the communication for this culture and process changing transformation. You will work with stakeholders across the business including at the C level to spread the Agile message and ensure everyone is fully informed and engaged in this major change. To be considered for this role you will be a proactive communication and engagement professional who has supported major transformation programmes for large businesses. You will have worked with senior stakeholders and been responsible for the creation and delivery of the communication and engagement strategy.
This company has a hybrid working pattern, with 2 days a week on-site and 3 remote dependent on need.
