Compliance Advisory Manager - Funds / Investment Management

Key responsibilities:

• Assist fund launches and product governance, ensuring the firm's policies and procedures are applied in line with the firm's investment strategies
• Review and approve financial promotion materials, including presentations, fact sheets, brochures, KIIDS, web content, video and email marketing content in adherence with the FCAs rules and guidance.
• Reviewing policies and procedures, ensure MI is reported to Senior Management and the Risk and Compliance Committee
• Developing training materials and deliver training to staff
• Assisting in the design and implementation of Conduct Risk policies and procedures
• Deliver on project based work

Key competencies

• Previously compliance advisory experience with a focus on fund launches and product governance
• Excellent communication skills and experienced at reporting to senior stakeholders
