Compliance Manager - International Bank - Compliance Monitoring

Key responsibilities:

• Ownership of the compliance monitoring programme including development and execution
• Assisting the Head of Compliance with advisory to the business of their regulatory requirements
• Train new employees on compliance obligations and create regulatory awareness
• Ensure policies and procedures are up to date and fit for business purpose

Successful candidates will have:

• Minimum 3 years within compliance monitoring
• Investment banking, corporate banking, international banking experience
• Excellent communication skills, written or verbal
• A proactive attitude and the desire to help drive the business
