Content Designer

We are looking for a Content Designer to join an established advertising agency!


  • Leverage strategy insights, behavioral research, best practices, analytics and other inputs to create simple, meaningful, relevant and useful content that accomplish defined business objectives
  • Create user personas, user journey maps, content outlines, user flows, navigational models, storyboards, sitemaps and other information architecture documentation
  • Write and contribute to directional and instructional copy, navigation labels, calls to action and other forms of UX writing
  • Contribute to wireframes, prototypes and other interactive design documentation
  • Identify and recommend research and testing opportunities, create stimulus for user testing, contribute to and create user testing documentation, conduct and moderate user testing
  • Conduct heuristic analysis and reviews
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, creatives and development to ensure principles of user centered design and behavioral strategy are implemented across tactics & campaigns


  • 1-2+ years' experience in creating user-centered designs for digital products
  • A deep understanding of user experience principles and content strategy
  • Solid understanding of creative development process, including interactive outputs, and the strategic thinking that drives successful implementation
  • Working knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of front-end technologies
  • Experience in task and use-case analysis, content inventory and analysis, heuristic analysis, user personas, information architecture, content outlines, sitemaps, navigation models, user flows
  • Experience participating and conducting usability testing and creating documentation of testing results including gathering interaction and functional requirements
