Corporate Development and M&A Analyst (ACA)

Investigo Private Equity are currently partnering with a Private Equity backed software company to recruit for a newly created Corporate Development and M&A Analyst position. This role is tailor made for someone who is looking to make the move into a dynamic and exciting in-house role, after spending time in Transaction Services or a Boutique M&A firm. The role is involved in the front to back M&A process, from origination all the way through to execution and integration. The role reports directly into the CFO and Head of Corporate Development.

The Role

• Identifying, researching, and contacting potential M&A targets
• Maintaining the group's M&A pipeline
• Appraising M&A opportunities
• Assisting in the coordination of M&A execution processes
• Assisting in the coordination of M&A integration processes

Your Profile

• Experience working with/for technology or software businesses
• Experience in managing the delivery of deal processes
• Analytical and business problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• To be capable of producing well-formatted, board-quality outputs

Salary

£60,000 - £65,000 + bonus
