Corporate Finance Analyst - Qualified

Seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst (Qualified Accountant) - to join this fast growing and market leading PE backed technology business. Seeking someone who can support the Board of Directors with M&A's, performance reports, investment reports and strategic decisions. This is a remarkable role, varied, challenging, with excellent exposure to a well known and growing business.

• Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum + bonus + benefits
• Contract: Permanent and happy to wait up to 3 months notice
• Location: Leicester Square x3 days a week x2 working from home.

Job Description:

• Responsible for looking at the commercials for acquisition opportunities
• Working closely with the board and investors on commercial development and M&A
• Building from scratch and utilising out financial models
• Providing financial analysis for the business, business partnering with non-financial board members
• Responsible for producing quality documentation of outputs from the Company financial model, including
  output sheets, charts, commentary and documentation of assumptions, scenarios and sensitivities

Skills and Qualifications:

• Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong financial modelling skills, MUST be able to build from scratch
• Advanced Excel skills and an interest in PowerBi or Tableau (or equivalent tool)
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Some experience with M&A / PE houses / Consultancy
