This is an opportunity to work for an incredible company! Seeking a FOH Receptionist who is personable, professional and polite. This role has extensive PA duties and looking for someone who can provide the most impeccable customer service. In stunning offices based in the City of London with beautiful views!

Salary: £28,000 per annum - £30,000 per annum + bonus

Hours: Three shifts 08:00am - 04:00pm, 09:00am - 6:00pm or 09:30pm - 06:30pm / alternate the shifts between the team

Location: City of London (near Bank station)

Job Description:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, both face to face and over the telephone
  • Managing a busy switchboard and answering the telephones in a professional and polite manner
  • Diary management and adhoc PA duties for the board of directors
  • Managing and coordinating the meeting rooms
  • Adhoc administration support to the Ops Manager
  • Ensuring the FOH desk and the meeting rooms are tidy and presentable
  • Dealing with difficult situations

Personal Skills and Attributes:

  • Professional, polite and calm under pressure
  • Proven corporate receptionist experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail
