Credit Controller

Investigo are looking for a Credit Controller to join a rapidly growing and dynamic Real Estate business based in East London

Key Responsibilities

• Posting receipts and deposits timely
• Downloading Bank Statements & reconciling items
• Billing and Recharging expenses to tenant
• Reviewing tenant accounts with outstanding debts
• Sending monthly statements to tenants
• Focusing on debt collection and aged debt reports, regularly chasing payments
• Continuously Identifying and analysing root causes for delays in collection of debt

Skills:

• Being a team player and able to support your team when required
• Excellent interpersonal skill and effective communicator
• Thrives in working in a fast paced environment
• Previous work experience as a Credit Controller
• Property experience is advantageous but not essential
