Credit Controller

Investigo are delighted to be supporting a Northampton based FTSE Listed business with their recruitment of 2 x Credit Controllers, on a permanent basis.

The Credit Controllers will report to the O2C Collections and Resolutions Manager and is part of the O2C Finance Shared Service Centre team. The primary objective of the roles is to work with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely collection of debts and the successful resolution of any queries, concerns and disputes.
They will need to ensure that defined controls and processes are strictly adhered to and collections activities performed on a timely basis. To perform their duties successfully, it is also their responsibility to build strong relationships with customers, outsourced partners and business units.

The successful Candidates will be those who can demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and a strong background in credit control, collections and revenue cycle. Broader experience of O2C activities such as billing, cash allocation and collection would be advantageous.

Our Client is offering a salary of £25,000 + Benefits.
