Essential

• Knowledge of working in a credit control role working with 3rd parties
• Experience on working on direct debit payments
• Reconciliation experience

Duties:

• Management of BAC's application processes
• Management of bureau customer bank accounts
• processing direct debit collections a month
• Outbound telephone & email collections
• Monthly reconciliation of monies collected to the customers billing
• monthly payment of collections from customer accounts & outstanding balance
• chasing for payment of bounced direct debit payments
• review customer credit applications and setting credit limits
• creating credit reports for the line manager and group
