Our client is kicking off a CRM transformation to deliver new fundraising capability across the organisation
The role is responsible for:
* Leading CRM Planning and Lead Management initiatives.
* Identifying strategic initiatives and building business plans that convince senior execs.
* Performing program-level reporting & analysis
* Develop and manage the CRM implementation and usage roadmap, working across multiple markets and channels.
* Ensures alignment with cross-functional teams
