Investigo have partnered with this growing and well known software business in Slough to recruit a few temporary Sales Order Processing positions within a large team, initially on a 3 month contract and then possibility of extension. The role will be working in a fast paced environment, managing the customer experience throughout the order process which requires close interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Key duties include:
- Daily liaison with customers and internal departments to discuss and resolve queries
- Working in the team to achieve set KPI's
- Delivering a first class service to customers, ensuring a good experience
- Resolving any order related queries, billing issues and raising credit notes
- Setting up customer records, maintaining and amending accounts
- Processing sales orders and contract renewal orders
- Ad-hoc tasks
The successful candidate will have experience in a fast paced admin/order processing/customer service environment and excellent communication skills, available to start immediately.
