Customer Service and Logistics Administrator

Investigo are currently working with a European FMCG business supporting the recruitment of a Logistics Analyst working on a fixed term contract until March 2023.

In your new role you will be responsible for the following:
*Liaising with the finance team to resolve sales ledger disputes within agreed timelines

*Support the wider Supply Chain team where needed

*Deliver a 1st class level of customer service to the stakeholders within the business. Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full, with any shortages or delivery/collection issues to be communicated with the customer.

*Have excellent attention to detail
*Have an ability to use logic and analytical skills to solve complex problems with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
