Job description

Our client is a top FinTech organization, specializing in SaaS solutions for the banking industry. With operations on six continents and recent series of funding, this organization is primed for its next stage of hyper growth.

Role

We are looking for a Customer Value Manager, responsible for finding client value through the sales process. This individual will work alongside regional sales teams, adding a consultative force as they strategize on target accounts and utilize key questioning techniques to reveal opportunity cost within customers. This will be captured and then be presented to the customer in a business case format, specifying how they can unlock this trapped value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build out regional Capabilities:
    1. Working with the Global Customer Value Senior Manager to build out regional capabilities, through leveraging the global tools and frameworks, while accommodating regional nuance where necessary
    2. Insert yourself as a key member of the Commercial team within the North America or Latin America region
  • Team Collaboration
    1. Proactively establish process improvements and new tools, working closely with the global team
    2. Share best practices and learnings among the global team
    3. Support in the creation of new collateral
  • Sales Process Engagement
    1. Leverage global engagement principals
    2. Engage with customers, aiming to build a business case that demonstrates value with organization technology
    3. Ensure that all business case/value documentation is passed on internally for additional leverage in follow up business reviews
    4. Drive adoption in region of self service tools, including discovery guides, value calculators and success/value metrics. These tools are more likely to service lower value and additional transactional deals
  • Revenue Growth
    1. This company is transitioning towards selling on value over price, and the successful hire will play a leading role in facilitating this transition
    2. Your goal is to maximize revenue based on the value discovery activities performed above

Key Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication ability
  • Gravitas and presence to engage with C-Suite executives
  • Banking industry experience and SaaS technology experience preferred
  • Ability to build complex business case models
