D365 Business Architect

D365 Business Process Architect - Contract - OUTSIDE IR35 - 6 Months

I am working with a client who requires a D365 Business Process Architect to deliver capture Business Process related to specified capability driven by systems transformation priority for the following capabilities to enable a fully costed project phase or target outcome to be developed and costed:

P1 Finance, Invoice Handling and Procurement Process Capture.

P2 Annata and DMS (Autoline Replacement) Process Capture

Deliverables and Target Outcomes

Target outcome - Capture as/is process landscape for existing Autoline system.

1.Define a high level plan for as/is capture & agree with Programme Lead

2.Identify and capture as/is processes

3.Identify and capture supporting data for processes including but not limited to: inputs/outputs, process owners, systems/applications, data sources, control points, etc

5.Capture & Load all to/be D365 processes (provided by the Central Team into the standard Process capture tool, Aris)

6.Complete and document a gap analysis highlighting any differences between the As Is and To Be processes, and supporting information

7.Conduct workshops with SME to capture process maps, and outputs

8.Ensure alignment of approach with Enterprise architect

Qualifications

• Considerable experience with D365
• Strong background as a Business Process Architect
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience

Location - Remote + Onsite

Start - ASAP

Duration - 3 months
