Dynamics 365 Project Manager

Our client has a requirement for a Project Manager with D365 experience to work on a specific project which is Cross Functional. The aim is to deliver key operating model and supporting systems integrations by October 22. The project will need to capture high level business architecture to inform and scope required data paths and supporting integrations to reach the joint target outcome.

Deliverables:

• Finalise the detailed Project and Business Change Plans detailing quantifiable measures, metrics and frequency and process for project handover approvals and business adoption ownership and tracking
• Complete project implementation, ensuring all required project and operational governance processes and change management provisions for business adoption are in-place and (e.g. knowledge transfer, project documentation complete and controlled).
• Transition delivered services into BAU Operational Support, defining and achieving business and IT sign-off for all residual activities, e.g. problem and incident management, support environment provision, operating model between business and IT roles and responsibilities
• Identify Risks, issues and Assumptions to support adoption
