Data Engineer

Data Engineer - South London - £65k

Investigo have been engaged by a long-standing client in their search for a permanent Data Engineer. The role is working within their growing and mature Data & Analytics function and will be working on the development of the cloud based data platform.

We are looking for candidates who have experience building and delivering data engineering pipelines, data processing and data platforms to facilitate analytics, insights and data products. This role will liaise with various stakeholders and candidates should be comfortable engaging with the business and providing support to non-technical colleagues.

The Data function operates in an agile manner, with rapid delivery of data products with a structured and methodical approach, so experience working in similar environments is highly desirable. Similarly, any experience working with DevOps principles and any automation tools would be advantageous.

- AWS & AWS Glue

- Python (PySpark)

- Java / R / Scala / Spark advantageous
