Data Engineer in Test - West London

Investigo have been engaged by a highly prestigious client based in West London on their search for a permanent Data Engineer in Test. The role will be working within a high-performing existing team, that is currently in their next stage of growth. The business is technology driven, and delivers some of the most innovative data products in the UK and this role will be involved in the design and build of these industry-leading innovations. With that in mind, candidates must be comfortable being challenged in their role and must have the ability and drive to build best in class products and provide timely solutions in a fast paced and dynamic working environment.

You will be interfacing with the whole business, so we are looking for candidates who are happy in a customer facing position, including internally facing roles. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work across the entire SDLC and must have previous experience in similar agile environments.

Technical Experience

• Cloud based migration experience
• Understanding of large-scale data processing, Data Warehousing, or Data Streaming / Data Pipelines
• Experienced with automation frameworks
• Strong SQL (Unix / Python beneficial)
• Selenium, Cucumber, LeanFT, Java, Maven, Jenkins, Git
• Netezza / Oracle databases useful
