Investigo's major retail client is seeking an experienced delivery lead as part of a large E-commerce digital transformation programme. As the delivery lead you'll spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge headless E-commerce solutions. Your role will focus on orchestrating the seamless integration of technology, customer experience, and business objectives to deliver a forward-thinking, scalable, and agile E-commerce platform.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the headless E-commerce platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategies.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX/UI designers, marketers, and stakeholders, to drive the implementation roadmap.
Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for transitioning to a headless architecture, considering scalability, performance, and user experience.
Oversee the selection and integration of third-party APIs, tools, and systems to enhance the E-commerce ecosystem.
Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in headless E-commerce.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, Agile methodologies, and customer-centric development within the team
Key Skills
Proven experience leading E-commerce or digital transformation initiatives, specifically focusing on headless architecture.
Expertise in headless CMS, API-driven architectures, and decoupled front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) within an E-commerce context.
Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, their integrations, and their impact on user experience and business outcomes.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of aligning teams towards common objectives and fostering innovation.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, project management tools, and relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is advantageous.
