Job description

Investigo's major retail client is currently seeking an experienced Delivery Lead for an EPOS and Till Systems Programme, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery lifecycle. Your role will involve orchestrating project plans, managing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with the project's objectives. You'll navigate complex requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement strategies to ensure the successful adoption and integration of new EPOS and Till Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and change management strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including vendors, internal teams, and senior management, to ensure alignment and communication at all project stages.

  • Drive a high-performing project team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Facilitate training and transition plans to ensure a smooth adoption of new systems by end-users.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status to key stakeholders and leadership.

Key Skills

  • Proven track record in leading large-scale technology deployment projects, preferably in EPOS or related systems.

  • Strong understanding of EPOS and Till Systems, their functionalities, and their integration within retail environments.

  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies effectively.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating diverse project teams.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
