Delivery Manager - Workplace Pensions Essential - Agile

Our client is recruiting for an experienced Workplace Pensions Delivery Manager / Project Manager with a broad knowledge of agile delivery methodologies. This will be working directly in the Business Change team and in depth pensions knowledge will be required for this project. This role will be working remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collaborative, dynamic planning process
  • Manage effective delivery of change, using the appropriate agile methodology
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder management and engagement
  • Managing cross-functional work and dependencies
  • Identify and manage key risks and blockers
  • End to end ownership and delivery of a business change initiative

Essential for the role:

  • Workplace Pensions, Defined Benefits knowledge and experience
  • Proven end to end project delivery
  • Agile delivery experience
  • A professional Agile certification highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder and negotiation management skills
  • Extensive business change delivery experience
