I'm recruiting for a senior pricing role that would be a step up for someone who has a good few years of pricing experience and is a qualified actuary but they feel there is more to do and be closer to the senior management. Perhaps they are part of a big team with a lot more to offer but nowhere further to go.

This is a smallish team where you will have a huge amount of responsibility working closely with the head of the team and the underwriters. The role covers all lines of business so there is breadth and variety. There is a big focus on improving models and processes so plenty of interesting projects to get stuck in.
