Devops Engineer

My global Insurance client are currently looking for a Devops Engineer with strong Openshift and Spring framework experience to join them on an initial 6 month contract; remote with occasional days from their London office.

they are ideally looking for candidates from a development background (Java/Microservices) who have moved into core devops roles responsible for multiple ongoing migration projects.

Key skills:

• Strong understanding and experience of the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud Services, Spring JDBC/Spring Data JPA)
• Good professional software development experience, preferably working with Java and microservice architectures
• Experience of migrating or deploying applications to the Redhat OpenShift platform
• Experience building AWS infrastructure using Terraform or Terraform Enterprise would be extremely desirable.
