We have an initial 4 month contract opportunity for an Engagement Manager to join a Product Marketplace team that drives an internal online magazine for global employees. This team is responsible for an internal product that is the go-to place for all employees to learn about new digital tools and technologies across the organisation. You'll will be working closely with the Product Owner and content team, supporting them with product page content reviews and providing recommendations on editorial positioning. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in copyrighting/content who adopts a data-driven approach.
About the role:
Provide insights into visitor traffic by exploring Adobe Analytics, trends, content themes and reader behaviour.
Manage a combination of short-term and ongoing projects across the internal website using relevant metrics, highlighting any risks or issues before they escalate.
Demonstrate your knowledge of emerging technology trends & fintech news, as this is a platform for these topics to be showcased across the business globally.
Plan and write engaging content about digital products, designing multichannel communications strategies.
