Digital Operations Manager (EUC Manager)

Investigo are partnering with an established business who are transforming their IT Landscape, on a journey to implement new technology and deliver better IT across their global business. As part of their new organisation structure and operating model, a new role for a Digital Operations Manager has been created with a focus on EUC Management, predominately across the Microsoft Technology Stack.

This role requires an experienced people leader (Small to medium teams) and experience of working in digital operations management / EUC Management covering areas such as end user devices, remote management, meeting room technologies, and policies. It's important that you've built your experience from technical to leadership and bring relevant hands-on experience of technologies such as Intune, Autopilot, Application packaging and monitoring tooling and Entra Ad. The ability to work in a pacey but maturing business would help you excel in this role and you'll need to be able to manage the operational delivery of digital products and technology, as well as successfully manage digital projects.

The right candidate will combine leadership and technology acumen with a positive attitude and the ability to make a difference in a business on a maturity journey.
