Director of IT

£85,000 - £90,000 - 2/3 days per week from London office, the rest remote

Our London based Not-for-profit client have an immediate requirement for a Director of IT to join on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities for the Director of IT

• Manage and develop the IT team
• Develop a set of performance KPIs and provide regular performance reporting
• Deliver effective management and maintenance of IT architecture
• Lead the implementation of new systems infrastructure (including Office365)
• Enable the implementation of new business applications
• Manage the technology and processes for the website and digital products
• Drive the development and adoption of digital solutions
• Ensure all system implementations and users are fully engaged

Key experience required for the Director of IT

• Experience of both strategic delivery but also hands on IT experience, ideally with a Not-for-profit or within the wider public or third sector
• Delivered an effective IT infrastructure and customer focused application support function, within a large organisation
• Managed cross functional teams while implementing organisation wide IT strategy
• Leadership and management of significant IT projects in a large and complex service focused organisation
