Role Overview

As Director of Police, you will:

- Lead and shape the strategic direction of the RSHPS.

- Command operational responses to crime and critical incidents.

- Build public trust and confidence through ethical leadership.

- Collaborate with government officials and international partners.

- Oversee the Joint Emergency Services Control Centre and key licensing responsibilities.

Benefits Package

- International Supplement: Up to £23,000 per annum (depending on family status)

- Relocation Allowance: Up to £2,700 plus child allowances

- Freight Allowance: Shipping of personal effects (20ft container)

- Leave: 30 days annual leave + fare-paid travel for midterm and end-of-contract

- Pension Contribution: 7.5% of salary paid annually
