Dynamics 365 Specialist

ERP Specialist (Dynamics 365) to assist in a programme delivery of a major systems upgrade.

The successful candidate will help the organisation's finance and operations functions with the major system implementation as well as to get the most out of Dynamics 365 by providing subject matter expertise on the solution.

Key Responsibilities
* Work within the Project team to manage, lead and participate in a system migration of 20+ new legal entities over to D365 F&SCM, CE and HR implementations as necessary.
* Guide internal and external resources through D365 implementation phases, evaluation, troubleshooting and optimisation.
* Liaise with D365 implementation 3rd party/vendor to ensure quality (performance, cost, and timeliness) of services delivered as well as articulating functional designs, co-ordinating testing, and implementation to live.
* Assist to gather, document, and analyse business requirements from key stakeholders, and assist in developing a roadmap for continual enhancements of the D365.
* Identify improvements in business operation workflow and ensure proper implementation in D365 and other business applications.
* Train and coach end-users in getting the most out of D365.

* SME in D365 Finance, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement and Human Resources ERP
* Good understanding of businesses processes and ERP / supporting systems
* Ability to translate business needs and priorities into processes and systems requirements.
* SOX exposure or experience is desirable
* Logic Apps, Power Automate/Apps creation to automate business solutions is an advantage
* Proven experience in at least one similar role implementing D365 ERP in a fixed deadline roll-out.
* Management & delivery of corporate ERP & Financial Systems for a minimum of 3 years.
* Delivery and End User focussed.
* Excellent organisational skills, proactive, self-motivated and customer service skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
