Investigo are pleased to be supporting an international, backed business based in Milton Keynes with their search for a Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect. As the D365 SA you will spearhead solution design for the programme. Working closely with various senior stakeholders including the SCRUM and Applications team, you will design, develop and roll-out Dynamics CRM solutions.
Duties and responsibilities:

• Design, create and deliver high-quality solution, in line with the programme's business requirements
• Working with the transition workstream to ensure relevant solutions design
• Working closely with other workstreams including the Delivery and Functional teams, ensuring solution rollouts are in line with the wider business ideologies
• Ensuring all agreed tasks are delivered according to the sprint timelines
• Identify and mitigate risks as necessary
• Ensure best practices on configuration with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Research and review new tech available within D365
• Preparation and delivery of discovery workshops
• Provide direct support to Applications team to build new procedures and processes
• Prepare business and technical design documents at various levels
• Support Product Owners where possible
