Early Careers Programme Manager (12 month contract)

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a Global leader in the recruitment for their Early Careers Programme Manager. This is a 12 month fixed term contract which will require travel to Central London on a weekly basis.

Please note this is a 12 month contract to start immediately.

This is a true "Greenfield" opportunity and building the early careers programme from scratch, including the recruitment, onboarding and L&D.

Reporting in to the Head of TA, this role will work closely with Global Talent Partners, L&D and the business in order to create the EC programme and drive its implementation.

You will be fully accountable for the creation of the programme terms, objectives, timescales and targets.

This role will work closely with a number of business stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive the programme.

We are looking for a proven Early Careers Leader who has owned 360 programmes including Interns, Apprentices and Graduates.

You will be innovate, designing market leading strategies alongside being comfortable delivering.

Given the viability across the business (including C-Board), you must have excellent presentation skills and be able to build high level relationships.
