Investigo is partnering a leading Global Media business in the recruitment for an EMEA HR Business Partner for a 6 month fixed term contract. The role will be home based initially but will require travel to London once lockdown reduces.
Reporting to the Divisional HR Director, this role will be accountable providing both strategic and operational support to a client group across EMEA but primarily mainland Europe.
This is a full Generalist role and requires a proven HR Business Partner who can work within a fast paced and demanding environment.
You background must include proven experience covering a European client group. Whilst specific country knowledge is not a prerequisite, knowledge of Employment Law across France, Italy and Scandinavia will be a big advantage.
You will be a proven Business Partner who is able to build relationships with diverse client groups on a multi-national/remote basis.
Your background will be both hands-on whilst adding strategic value.
We require a strong technical HR Generalist who understands Regional Employment Law across different nations.
Please note this is a fixed term contract to start in March s you must be immediately available or on a very short notice period.
There is a good potential for this role converting to permanent employment status and therefore our client is only considering those with a permanent/long term contract background. Those from Interim assignments over recent years will unfortunately not be considered.
