ERP Communications Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ERP implementation programme for a fast-growing, well-known business. You will understand the Programme and how the strategy and use of the system will impact the different parts of the business in order to develop and support the delivery of programme-level message and bespoke messages for parts of the organisation dependent upon the change impact.

You will be responsible for:

- delivering this through a Communications Strategy & Plan, and to deliver in a way that fully engages the business, always working closely with the relevant Leads in order to ensure the messages are engaging, accurate and appropriate.

- designing and assisting in the delivery of communications to external third parties who may be impacted by the change programme in line with the strategy and plan

- training team members on how to communicate, plain English and review any comms before it is issued to check messages

The successful candidate will own and manage all communications and be responsible for ensuring communications are delivered on time and in budget. Therefore, you should have communicated on a major change programme before - people, processes and systems.
