European Sourcing Manager

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Souring Manager for an expanding manufacturer based in London who work within the hospitality industry.
They are looking for someone who has experience of Souring new products and new suppliers from Europe.

This is an expanding business and wont suit someone who loves what they do.

The purpose of this role is to define and deliver a sourcing and procurement strategy for goods, materials and services, to ensure that high quality products are sourced at the lowest reasonable costs, with consideration being made in sourcing new factories that can bring an array of finishes and materials to offer a breadth of options as the company and product offering grows.

A sourcing strategy aligned to the business strategy - cost reduction, risk management, environmental & social policies
Cost reductions for existing SKUs
A Database/list of new and existing suppliers and capabilities
Contracts/Head of Terms in place with top suppliers
Supplier Audit process defined and delivered
Improved payment terms in place with top 10 suppliers
Improved lead times
An improved Procure to Pay process
Accurate Landed Costs on ERP
Responsibilities & Direct Reports

5 years procurement / sourcing experience

Language skills (especially Czech/Slovakian/Slovenian) preferable but not essential
