Salary: £30,000 per annum - £35,000 per annum

Location: Working from home and eventually flexible working / a few days in the Waterloo office

Job Description:

  • Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings
  • Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodgings for senior management and other staff members
  • Communicate with Board Members, schedule Board Meetings, and arrange meeting agendas
  • Liaise with clients and business guests
  • Organise media appearances and events
  • Maintains EMEA COO's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Schedule, prepare and assist with meetings and professional development days
  • Collaborate with members of the EMEA Management for administrative support including expense reporting and some calendar management
  • Maintain excellent customer service and a friendly, positive attitude at all times
  • Provide program support and assist with special projects as assigned
  • Assist EMEA Management team (Regional Director) with general duties as needed and support on projects

Skills and Personal Attributes

  • Ideally 5years+ EA/PA experience
  • Professionalism and self-awareness at all times; ability to interact with a wide variety of people in a warm, competent, and professional manner
  • Strong communications skills both verbal and written
  • Ensure security, confidentiality, and integrity of data
  • Embodiment of our organisational values of teamwork and optimism
  • Computer literacy, with expertise in all Microsoft Office suite products
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively organise and coordinate multiple priorities and project
