Job description

Salary: £30,000 per annum - £35,000 per annum
Location: Working from home and eventually flexible working / a few days in the Waterloo office
Job Description:
- Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings
- Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodgings for senior management and other staff members
- Communicate with Board Members, schedule Board Meetings, and arrange meeting agendas
- Liaise with clients and business guests
- Organise media appearances and events
- Maintains EMEA COO's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- Schedule, prepare and assist with meetings and professional development days
- Collaborate with members of the EMEA Management for administrative support including expense reporting and some calendar management
- Maintain excellent customer service and a friendly, positive attitude at all times
- Provide program support and assist with special projects as assigned
- Assist EMEA Management team (Regional Director) with general duties as needed and support on projects
Skills and Personal Attributes
- Ideally 5years+ EA/PA experience
- Professionalism and self-awareness at all times; ability to interact with a wide variety of people in a warm, competent, and professional manner
- Strong communications skills both verbal and written
- Ensure security, confidentiality, and integrity of data
- Embodiment of our organisational values of teamwork and optimism
- Computer literacy, with expertise in all Microsoft Office suite products
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organise and coordinate multiple priorities and project
