Finance Analyst

Investigo are excited to be working a client based in Hemel Hempstead who are looking for an Interim Finance Analyst to join their team!
The role:
The Interim Finance Analyst will be responsible for -

• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations completed.
• Business partnering with Senior Directors and team to support and manage costs.
• Updating analysis for the monthly board pack providing detailed commentary on key variances.
• Highlighting any risks and opportunities.
• Monthly update of occupancy costs in the cash flow forecast.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes , providing support and guidance to teams and ensuring all assumptions are appropriately challenged.
• Updating and maintaining complex models
• Compiling budget/forecast summaries and communicating outcomes to senior management
• Support the Finance Manager to determine assumptions for budgets and forecasts.
• Updating a rolling forecast to assess store profitability.
• Preparing appropriate summaries to clearly communicate updated view to senior management to aid decision making for the store portfolio.

Profile:

• Previous experience within a similar role
• ACCA or CIMA part qualified
• Good excel - vlookups & pivot tables
• Experience with budgeting & forecasting as well as other finance analyst duties

On offer:
- hourly rate circa £20 to £23 per hour
- Hybrid working pattern
- Ongoing contract
