Finance Assistant

Investigo have partnered with a well-known business based in Hemel to recruit for a Finance Assistant to join the team on a 9-month contract basis. This role will be paying up to £24,000 depending on experience.

** Please be aware, as this is a contract role, you will need to be immediately available or on 1 weeks' notice to be considered for this role**

Key Skills

• Being responsible for raising sales invoices
• Daily cash reconciliations
• Allocating payments & chasing individual debt
• Resolving external stakeholder queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Completing month end reconciliations
• Supporting the Financial Controller to assist with the smooth running of the Finance department
• Attendance of the weekly team meetings for the department

The ideal candidate

• Experience within a similar finance assistant role
• AAT studier- not essential but preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Being immediately available or on one weeks' notice
