Finance Assistant

Investigo is partnering with a leading global property business on their search for a Finance Assistant to join them for a minimum 6 month contract which could go perm.

The role will be responsible for:

* Creation and review of management variance reports
* Raising Purchase Orders when required.
* Reviewing open Purchase Orders & supporting closure of aged PO
* Policy and procedure compliance.
* Comprehensive spend tracking.
* Manage the team's submission of monthly reports
* Drive high quality financial performance to influence P&L & budget result.
* Ad-hoc reporting as requested by Business Unit or Business/Finance.
* Team KPI management and support
* Preparation of journals

Experience required:

• 12 months experience within a transactional role minimum
• AAT / ACCA / CIMA studier
• Team player, able to work under own intiative and ask for help if needed
• Be driven to work under tight deadlines
