Finance Business Analyst (Record to Report)

• 12 months initially (Outside IR35)
• Hybrid, going into London once a week

Investigo are currently seeking an interim Business Analyst who specialises in working with record to report processes. The ideal candidate will have come from an accounting background, and have strong Record to Report (R2R) process knowledge.

Main responsibilities:

• Conducting business process modelling for finance R2R processes
• Facilitating gap fit analysis and providing sound advice on good business practices
• Translating business requirements into our client's ERP system changes
• Managing and coordinating testing and training for changes to benefit both your team and the global business
• Offering extensive knowledge of R2R applications, including best practices and troubleshooting techniques, to drive improvements in the solution for our client

Required Expertise and Attributes:

• Ideally holding a financial or management accounting qualification
• Demonstrated experience in delivering business process analysis services within the context of ERP systems and R2R processes, particularly in large-scale, global, or multinational programs
• Effective communicator and facilitator with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders clearly, driving consensus among fragmented perspectives
• Dedication to delivering results of the highest quality within tight and challenging deadlines
• Ability to work in an intense environment at times
