Finance Business Partner

My client is a truly global Bluechip organisation recognised as a leader in their market. They are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to enhance the divisional analysis created to assist with senior stakeholder decisions.

You will be part of an ambitious team of high performers giving the opportunity to learn from and work closely with other strong finance professionals.

The role

As Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for liaison with business unit heads and be the intermediary between finance and strategy. Your financial literacy, ability to manage key stakeholders and drive to improve business performance and processes will set you apart and make you a valuable member of the team.

Key skills required include:
- Strong communication
- Ability to grasp and interpret financials for non-financially literate colleagues
- Good understanding of a complex international group
- Desire to add value and strategic insight

The ideal candidate
- ACA through practice or CIMA through a grad scheme
- 1-3 years post-qualified with industry experience
- Experience within big groups

Location
Currently remote working but London based ultimately.
