Finance Business Partner

Investigo are partnered with a leading property firm that are looking to fill an exciting new vacancy for a Finance Business Partner on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This is a highly commercial role within the commercial team, in which the full ownership over a portfolio of properties will be given to the new Business Partner.

Acting as a trusted partner to Portfolio Directors, monitoring and reviewing the P&L performance and looking at the 5 year plan and quarterly flash reports will be key elements of this role, so an FP&A background is also preferred. The role will also involve producing monthly revenue profits vs budget/forecast management reports.

About You:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Experience in business partnering and FP&A
• Property background (desirable)
• Ability to manage challenging stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen
