Finance Business Partner

Investigo are delighted to have been exclusively engaged by a large Private Equity backed organisation who are looking to add 2 x Finance Business Partners to their high performing finance function.

Based in Milton Keynes, the Finance Business Partners will be accountable for driving channel profitability and operational excellence through the planning, analysis, and reporting of business performance. As well as, the identification of opportunities and mobilising of teams ensuring delivery. Candidates will be Professionally Qualified with 1-3 years PQE and strong commercial acumen. They can be trained in either Practice or Industry, so long as they possess excellent communication and influencing skills.

Key Duties Include:

• To provide high-quality insight across all customer, channel and product areas, driving the commercial strategy to achieve sales growth and margin targets
• Evaluating results to ensure there is a clear understanding of business performance, identifying and implementing improvements to enable the delivery of the commercial targets
• ​​Produce modelling and analysis around promotional activities to provide guidance and challenge to enable decision-making to support the increased profitability across business channels
• Ensure a robust and deliverable end-to-end budget and forecast is in place reflecting expected sales, margin, and stock plans by monitoring and challenging the forecast as well as investigating variances to the plan through to the conclusion
• Drive simplification of process and the continuous improvement agenda, maintain adequate controls, and identify opportunities to drive the overall profitability of the organisation.

The Salary on offer is £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
