Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance Manager

We are currently partnered with a fast growing technology company who are going through a massive phase of growth to recruit a Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance Manager. The role will be responsible for leading a high growth phase acting as part of a senior leadership team to drive and challenge KPI's. You will have exposure to the CFO and MD. The role is 90% remote with 2 days in the office a month.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the high growth phase of the business
• Supporting the MD to build out the commercial elements
• Managing budgeting and forecasting process
• Acting as part of senior leadership team to drive an challenge KPI
• Create Business plans and investments appraisals for future growth plans
• Working with the BI team to analyse trends in the market
• Financial modelling to assist in the strategic direction of the company
• Create robust financial control frameworks to deal with growth of upcoming years and acquisitions
• Expand international experience through mergers and acquisitions

You will be:

• ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified
• Ideally have experience with subscription/portfolio business model
• Experience as a finance partner to a business unit, sales teams and a senior leadership team
• M&A experience needed
• Experience in FP&A, Budgeting and forecasting
