Finance Business Partner - Strategic Projects

We are recruiting a Finance Business Partner who will have key input into Strategic Projects for a worldwide known retail brand. This role is the key finance support for Strategic projects across the business to ensure successful delivery of growth plans over the next 3 years.

The individual will be responsible for supporting the end to end shaping and delivery of the Target Operating Model (TOM), and working as a subject matter expert (SME) to help shape the future operating model and support the changes and implementation of that plan. Other responsibilities will include Business Partnering work across UK&I and Global Teams. Profit Management focusing on development of management information (MI) portfolio with BI team with full financial ownership of monthly gross margin and costs. Financial Planning and Analysis across the project in line with the wider Finance team requirements that identifies key risks & opportunities and drives action, working closely with Senior Finance Manager to ensure all budgets and forecasts are accurately loaded.

This is an exciting opportunity with profit of £100m expected on successful delivery of the project.

We are looking for ACA, CIMA or ACA Qualified with 3+ years post qualified experience. The role offers flexible/remote working and a competitive package.
