Paying £500 - 650 per day
Initially 6 months with the view to extend

Investigo are pleased to be supporting a thriving organisation with their global transformation programme. Following the announcement of several Finance related transformation projects, we are seeking a Finance Change and Transformation Lead to support the continued success of the business wide, global programme.

To be considered for this role you must be qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA and have successfully completed several interim roles, supporting Finance Transformation Programmes.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Applying Change, Transformation and Project methodology to ensure best practice across the program
• Design, create and implement an in depth change plan for the Finance transformation
• Support BAU team members to adopt new systems, processes and ways of working
• Assessment of change/transformation impact of the finance programme
• Deliver top line ideologies to all effected stakeholders
• Use your extensive Change experience to coach and support stakeholders on change matters
• Ensuring the business is staying on track with the wider Finance Transformation programme
• Analyse and measure change readiness throughout the programme, ensuring the organisation and teams are prepared for changes to come
• Further the change capability across the wider Finance Transformation programme
• Working with the Change Communications team to plan and manage its implementation, ensuring effected stakeholders are kept updated and informed
• Supporting the wider senior leadership team to build the Transformation strategy
• Working with stakeholders to put plans in place to reduce the change impact to their departments / teams
