What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead day-to-day financial operations across all business functions
• Report directly to the CFO, providing strategic financial insight and support
• Drive robust financial controls and reporting processes to support rapid growth
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting cycles with precision
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning
• Implement scalable financial systems and processes as the business expands
• Lead and mentor a growing finance team
• Partner with operational teams to deliver on ambitious growth plans

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical expertise
• Proven experience from a large corporate group or fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Resilient and adaptable - thriving under pressure and managing competing priorities
• Strategic mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams
• Systems-focused with experience implementing financial controls and processes
• Commercial acumen and ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders
