Finance Manager

Investigo are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a growing Milton Keynes based Retailer who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager, on a permanent basis.

The Finance Manager is a pivotal member of the Finance team, supporting and overseeing the financial management of the Group. They will be responsible for ensuring transactional data is processed in an efficient and timely manner, bank and other treasury related routines performed with a high level of accuracy whilst ensuring internal controls are adhered to at all times. It is important that the post holder is a diligent and experienced finance professional with the ability to support all departments within the business. The Finance Manager will supervise, coach and develop a small team of Accounts Assistants to ensure that Accounts Payable and Receivable transactions are processed accurately. They will prepare key balance sheet reconciliations, monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly VAT Returns, as well as maintaining the fixed asset register.

The successful Candidate will be a Qualified or QBE individual who has extensive transactional accounting experience, and the personality and skillset to develop, coach and lead a team of junior members. They will be able to step in and support the FC when required, and they will possess a hands-on approach to their work.

Our Client is offering a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 + Discretionary 10% Bonus + Benefits.
