The Role
As Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, providing strategic insight, and partnering with the leadership team to guide business decisions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic SME environment and is excited by the opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Prepare monthly management accounts and performance analysis
Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements
Lead cash flow forecasting and working capital management
Business partner with operations, sales, and leadership to support decision-making
Implement and improve financial processes and controls
Support funding and investment initiatives as the business scales
What We're Looking For
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
