Finance Manager £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Currently seeking a friendly, hard working and confident FINANCE MANAGER (open to qual and QBE). This is a varied and all round role.

Location: City of London (Bank station) 1 - 2 days a week and the rest from home.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + benefits

Hours: 09:00am - 05:30pm

Job Description:

Develop, improve and produce reports to analyse all companies performance
Ensuring accuracy of case set up flow to invoicing including regular audit and compliance checks
Management, creation and process of sales invoices across companies
Managing, applying for and coordinating documentation required for tax purposes
Purchase ledger inputting and payments for all companies
Reconcile company bank accounts and liaising with credit control for all companies
Set up bank payments
Peer review financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct
Super user of all companies accounting systems
Ensuring accuracy of all inputting into accounting systems (including time management)
Assisting on calculation and submitting of tax forms (e.g. VAT, Corporation Tax, PAYE tax and FCA), supporting Financial Controller in supply of additional documentation for all companies
Validating supplier and contractor invoices against committed costs
Analyse, collate, present and monitor budgets set for the year
Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients
Adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures
Attend finance departmental meetings
Provide company wide financial updates, as required
Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.
